Clearlake Capital Acquires PrimeSource from Platinum Equity

Clearlake Capital Group has completed the acquisition of PriSo Holding Corporation (PrimeSource) from Platinum Equity. PrimeSource is a global distributor of specialty building materials with 34 U.S. distribution centers and over 1,100 employees; Clearlake intends to use the business as a platform for organic growth and add-on acquisitions in the specialty distribution sector.
