Unison, a provider of program management and acquisition software for federal agencies, has acquired Plan4 Healthcare, the developer of the 4Cast SaaS planning, budgeting and performance-tracking solution used by the Veterans Health Administration. The Plan4 team will join Unison's Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting product suite to expand capabilities supporting VHA and the broader federal civilian market.
