C-P Flexible Packaging, a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital, has acquired Prestige‑Pak, Inc., a family‑owned Wisconsin manufacturer of printed packaging films serving retail food markets. The acquisition expands C‑P’s North American manufacturing footprint and adds flexographic printing, laminating and slitting capabilities to support snack, confectionery and baked‑goods customers.

Preferred Packaging, a Norcross, Georgia-based manufacturer of multilayer flexible films, thermoformed containers and tray-sealing equipment. The add-on expands C-P's capabilities in refrigerated and frozen meal packaging, broadens its geographic footprint in the U.S. Southeast, and adds new manufacturing technologies; terms were not disclosed.

PPC Flexible Packaging LLC, a Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based flexible packaging manufacturer, has acquired Custom Poly Bag, Inc., a family-owned flexible packaging converter based in Alliance, Ohio. The deal expands PPC's manufacturing footprint and capabilities in film extrusion, printing and bag operations, and is the latest add-on in PPC's multi-year acquisition strategy.

Flexpak, LLC Acquires Preferred Packaging Products, Inc.

Flexpak, LLC, a Shorehill Capital-backed value-added packaging distributor based in Woods Cross, Utah, completed the acquisition of Thornton, Colorado-based Preferred Packaging Products, Inc. on February 1, 2023. The add-on expands Flexpak's geographic footprint into Colorado and adds specialized packaging capabilities serving end markets including electronics, instrumentation, consumer products and healthcare.
