Reverence Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Ministry Brands

New York-based private investment firm Reverence Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Ministry Brands, a provider of cloud-based software and payments solutions for churches and faith-based organizations. As part of the transaction Ministry Brands is separated from former parent Community Brands (which retains a minority rollover stake) and will operate as a standalone company to accelerate product innovation and digital transformation in the faith-based market.
