Uniloy Inc., a Tecumseh, Michigan-based blow molding machine and mold technology company, has acquired Century Die Company, LLC of Fremont, Ohio. The acquisition (closed February 15, 2022) adds Century's 70+ years of mold-making expertise and 65 employees, expanding Uniloy's mold capabilities, product offerings and on-time delivery for blow molding customers.
