CPC, LLC has completed the acquisition of Component Sourcing International (CSI), a Charlotte, North Carolina-based global supply chain and sourcing specialist, from CSI's management team and Argosy Capital. CPC — a permanent-capital investment vehicle owned by family offices — will keep CSI’s existing leadership in place and pursue long-term growth and capability investments in the business.
