Accel‑KKR has made a significant equity investment in Loftware and will partner equally with existing investor Riverside Partners to support the company's next stage of global growth. Loftware, a Portsmouth, New Hampshire–based provider of cloud-based enterprise labeling and artwork management solutions, will use the new partnership to accelerate product innovation and international expansion; financial terms were not disclosed.

Loftware Acquires BL.INK

Loftware has acquired BL.INK to expand its product identification platform by adding enterprise link management, dynamic QR code capabilities, and no-code Digital Product Passport (DPP) functionality. The acquisition integrates BL.INK’s SaaS link-management and connected-packaging tools into Loftware’s end-to-end product identification and supply-chain labeling solutions, strengthening capabilities for global enterprise brands and regulated industries.

Clinisys Acquires Orchard Software

The Riverside Company / Lexipol Acquire Cordico
