Mammoth Holdings Acquires Coastal Carwash

Mammoth Holdings LLC acquired three operating express conveyor car wash locations in Florida from Coastal Carwash and signed an agreement to purchase three additional locations under development. The deal doubles Mammoth's Florida footprint to six open locations as the Atlanta-based car wash platform (backed by Red Dog Equity) continues roll-up and development activity in the state.

The deal expands Mammoth’s footprint in its core Montgomery market—bringing an additional store under Mammoth’s multi-brand portfolio; the seller was not named and broker Christina Son advised the seller.
