Central Medical Supply Group, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, acquired three hospice and homecare equipment management businesses: Helping Hands Medical Equipment (Allentown, PA), the hospice assets of Consolidated Medical Surgical Supply (New Windsor, NY), and PPD Homecare Inc. (Mantua, NJ). The add-on transactions expand Central Medical’s Northeast footprint and broaden its service offering—particularly respiratory equipment and hospice equipment management—strengthening the platform’s capabilities for hospice and homecare customers.
