ALKEME, a PE-backed retail insurance platform based in Ladera Ranch, California, has acquired JB Wright Insurance Services, a Chino, California-based independent brokerage founded in 1988 that specializes in personal and commercial lines and operates in all 50 states. The transaction brings JB Wright’s team and local presence into ALKEME’s shared-services platform as part of ALKEME’s accelerated U.S. growth strategy; the agency’s owner Joel Wright will join the ALKEME family as part of the deal.
