Xerox Holdings Corporation acquired Oak Brook, Illinois–based ITsavvy LLC, a managed services and IT infrastructure solutions provider, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for $400 million. The transaction, announced/closed in Q4 2024 (press release dated Nov. 22, 2024), furthers Xerox's strategic expansion into IT services and is expected to accelerate growth across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
