GTY Technology Holdings Inc., a GI Partners portfolio company, has acquired DemandStar and will merge the business into GTY’s Bonfire eProcurement unit. The deal expands GTY/Bonfire’s public-sector sourcing footprint—together the combined business will serve roughly 1,900 state and local buying agencies and access a network of about 500,000 suppliers—to broaden eProcurement capabilities and supplier outreach for government buyers.

GTY Technology Acquires Ion Wave Technologies

GI Partners Acquires Atlas Technical Consultants for ~$1.05B

Atlas stockholders received $12.25 per share, Atlas common stock will be delisted, and the take-private is intended to accelerate growth under GI Partners’ ownership; Bernhard Capital Partners was the company’s leading investor prior to the sale.

Graycliff Partners Acquires Gold Tech Industries

Graycliff Partners LP has completed the acquisition of Gold Tech Industries (GTI), a Tempe, Arizona-based provider of precision metal finishing and plating services for the semiconductor and aerospace industries. The deal represents Graycliff's third investment from its fourth private equity fund and is intended to accelerate GTI's growth as Graycliff targets additional acquisitions in the semi-cap metal finishing space.
