Sage Sustainable Electronics, a portfolio company majority‑owned by Closed Loop Partners, has acquired Relectro, a national electronics repair, refurbishment and logistics provider. The add-on acquisition — backed by a follow-on investment from Closed Loop Partners' buyout group — expands Sage's ITAD platform with depot repair capabilities from Relectro's 40,000 sq. ft. Telford, Pennsylvania facility and its capacity to repair >25,000 devices annually.

Jabil Acquires Mikros Technologies

Jabil Inc. completed the acquisition of Mikros Technologies LLC on October 1 to add microchannel liquid cooling and thermal-management engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The deal expands Jabil’s portfolio for AI data centers, semiconductor test equipment, energy storage and electric-vehicle applications by integrating Mikros’s proprietary liquid-cold-plate technologies.

Charles River Laboratories Acquires Retrogenix

Charles River Laboratories has acquired Retrogenix Limited, a UK-based contract research organization specializing in cell microarray technology for target receptor identification and off-target profiling. The transaction was for approximately £35 million in cash with up to an additional £5 million contingent on performance, and Retrogenix becomes part of Charles River's Discovery and Safety Assessment segment to expand large-molecule and cell therapy discovery capabilities.

Probo Medical Acquires REMETRONIX

Probo Medical, a PE-backed provider of refurbished diagnostic imaging equipment, has completed the acquisition of REMETRONIX, a Port St. Lucie, Florida-based provider of installation, de-installation, transport, rigging, maintenance and refurbishment services for medical imaging equipment. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) strengthens Probo's North American service footprint and brings REMETRONIX's installation/logistics capabilities into the Probo platform.

Resonetics Acquires Caribou Technologies
