Catalyst Power — a portfolio company of BP Energy Partners — will fold Robison's retail energy customers and channel relationships into its suite of cleaner energy and distributed energy solutions to accelerate growth in the New York market.

NAC International Acquires Assets of Niagara Energy Products (NEP) via New Canadian Subsidiary

NAC International Inc. established a Canadian subsidiary, Niagara Energy Products Inc. (NEP Inc.), and NEP Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of Niagara Energy Products (NEP). The acquisition gives NAC a Canadian nuclear manufacturing platform in Niagara Falls, Ontario, expanding its capabilities to supply nuclear containers, pressure-boundary components and waste-management solutions to the Canadian and North American nuclear market.
