The acquisition expands Assure's presence in Texas, adds Elevation's contracts, employees and relationships, and is intended to drive scale and new in-network payor negotiations in the local market.

Clinigence Holdings Acquires ProCare Health, Inc.

Clinigence Holdings, Inc. signed a binding LOI in May 2021 and completed the acquisition of ProCare Health, Inc., a Garden Grove, California-based MSO, later in 2021. Under the agreement Clinigence issued newly issued common shares to ProCare equity holders and included an earnout tied to future MSO contracts; the deal brings ProCare’s claims administration and MSO capabilities onto Clinigence’s population-health platform.

Sterling Investment Partners Acquires PROtect from Spire Capital Partners

Nihon Kohden Acquires 71.4% Stake in Ad‑Tech from ARCHIMED

Nihon Kohden has acquired a 71.4% stake in NeuroAdvanced Corp., the parent of Ad‑Tech Medical Instrument Corporation, from ARCHIMED’s MED II fund, with ARCHIMED retaining a 28.6% minority stake and entering a joint venture with Nihon Kohden. The deal brings together Nihon Kohden’s EEG and monitoring platform with Ad‑Tech’s intracranial neuroelectrodes to strengthen epilepsy diagnostics and expand Ad‑Tech’s global reach across North America, Europe and Asia.
