The acquisition, finalized October 16, will integrate Matchpoint's monitoring, leak detection, GIS and UAV‑based assessment capabilities into McKim & Creed's engineering, modeling and instrumentation services to offer turnkey water infrastructure solutions.

Myers Industries Acquires Signature Systems from Center Rock Capital for $350M

Myers Industries, Inc. has agreed to acquire Signature Systems, a Flower Mound, Texas-based manufacturer of composite matting and ground protection products, from Center Rock Capital Partners for approximately $350 million, subject to customary adjustments. The deal, expected to close in Q1 2024, complements Myers’ product portfolio and is expected to be accretive to earnings while capturing operational synergies and supporting growth in infrastructure and event markets.
