Sunstone Partners Acquires Terra Verde, TruShield and Sword & Shield to Form Avertium

Sunstone Partners acquired Terra Verde Security LLC, TruShield Security Solutions and Sword & Shield Enterprise Security and combined them into a single managed cybersecurity platform called Avertium. The new company will serve mid-to-large enterprises with managed security, compliance and advisory services, operating SOCs in Arizona and Tennessee and leveraging a combined team of more than 150 employees and 1,000+ customers.
