Pacific Lake Partners led a growth investment round in IntellaTriage, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based provider of after-hours nurse triage services for hospice, home health and other healthcare organizations. Other investors in the round included Trilogy Search Partners, TTCER Partners, The Nashton Company, Aspect Investors and Granite Point Partners; proceeds will fund hiring and technology/platform investments (including EMR integrations) as the company scales.
