ADDMAN Acquires HARBEC Inc.

ADDMAN Engineering, an American Industrial Partners (AIP)-backed platform, has acquired HARBEC Inc., a contract manufacturer specializing in precision machining, additive (3D) printing and injection molding headquartered in Ontario, New York. The acquisition adds roughly 160 employees and broadens ADDMAN's polymer product lifecycle capabilities, strengthening its presence in aerospace, defense and medical end markets.
