The add-on acquisition expands Mid-State's field and shop capabilities and increases geographic reach across aggregates, grain, food processing, and general industrial end markets.

Midwest Mine Services, headquartered near Toledo (Northwood), Ohio, generated approximately $17 million in revenue and $1.3 million of adjusted EBITDA for the trailing twelve months ended July 2021; terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close in Q4 2021.
