OneDigital Investment Advisors Acquires KZ Wealth Management

OneDigital Investment Advisors, the SEC-registered RIA and wholly owned subsidiary of OneDigital, has acquired KZ Wealth Management, including its Applied Pension Services subsidiary and roughly $600 million in plan assets. The deal expands OneDigital's retirement and wealth capabilities by adding management for ~160 plans, administration for ~300 additional plans, and enhanced actuarial and pension administration services.

The deal expands OneDigital’s financial services capabilities in the South, strengthens its Atlanta presence, and integrates SWMG into OneDigital’s national platform; SWMG was represented by FP Transitions in the transaction.

Savant Wealth Management Acquires Source Financial Advisors

Savant Wealth Management, a Rockford, Illinois-based fee-only RIA, has acquired New York boutique RIA Source Financial Advisors, which manages $536 million in assets. The deal closed on December 9, 2024 (terms undisclosed); Source founder Michelle Smith and several team members joined Savant as advisors and staff as part of the transition.

OneDigital Investment Advisors, the SEC-registered subsidiary of OneDigital, has acquired KB Financial Partners, LLC and KB Financial Advisory Partners, LLC, a New Jersey–based wealth management, family office, and corporate finance advisory firm. The 28-person KB team will expand OneDigital's wealth management and family office capabilities and increases OneDigital Investment Advisors' assets under management to approximately $107.8 billion.

OneDigital Acquires Westminster Consulting, LLC

OneDigital Investment Advisors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OneDigital, has acquired Westminster Consulting, LLC to expand its retirement and wealth advisory capabilities. The acquisition adds roughly $6 billion in assets under management across more than 71 retirement plans and brings the Westminster team into OneDigital's offices in Rochester, Syracuse, Princeton and Great River, NY.
