BRC Healthcare, a Texas-based provider of addiction treatment services, has acquired four Nashville-area substance abuse treatment businesses — Nashville Recovery Center, NRC Clinical, Nashville Detox Center and Tennessee Recovery Clinic. The transaction brings a full continuum of care to BRC's portfolio as the company plans to expand treatment bed capacity and outpatient services in the Nashville market; founders Ryan Cain and Darren Hobbs will remain in management roles.
