Service Express, a Grand Rapids-based provider of third-party, post-warranty data center maintenance services (and a portfolio company of Harvest Partners), has acquired U.K.-based Blue Chip, a leading third-party maintenance and managed services provider. The deal establishes Service Express's first international presence and expands its global footprint and managed-services capabilities across EMEA, increasing the combined business by roughly 40%.
