WindRose Health Investors completed a recapitalization investment in Caregiver Inc., a provider of long-term home and community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. WindRose purchased its stake from DW Healthcare Partners and Council Capital (both will retain minority ownership) to provide capital for growth and geographic expansion across the United States; Caregiver serves more than 3,000 individuals across Texas, Ohio, Tennessee and Indiana.
