NFP, a leading insurance broker and consultant, acquired Rose & Kiernan, Inc., a multidisciplinary insurance broker based in Albany, New York, in a transaction effective August 1, 2020. The acquisition expands NFP’s property & casualty and middle market capabilities in New York and New England while Rose & Kiernan’s leadership will continue to run local operations reporting into NFP’s Northeast region.
