Payroc WorldAccess, LLC (Payroc) has acquired Select Merchant Services, Inc. (d/b/a Retriever Merchant Solutions), a Munster, Indiana-based independent sales organization for payment processing. The deal brings approximately 30,000 merchants and 60 employees into Payroc, expands Payroc's annual payment volume and distribution capabilities, and provides Retriever access to Payroc's technology, underwriting, and global services.
