Venafi Acquires Jetstack

Venafi announced a definitive agreement to acquire Jetstack, a provider of open-source machine identity protection software for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments. The acquisition brings Jetstack's cert-manager technology and Kubernetes expertise into Venafi to accelerate development of machine identity protection for cloud-native applications and expand Venafi's capabilities in securing modern, developer-driven infrastructure.
