CJ ENM Acquires 80% Stake in Endeavor Content's Scripted Business

CJ ENM has completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in the scripted portion of U.S.-based premium content studio Endeavor Content for approximately $785 million, with Endeavor retaining a 20% interest and the non-scripted business. The scripted studio will continue to be led by co-CEOs Graham Taylor and Chris Rice as CJ ENM expands its global scripted-content capabilities and distribution reach.

Dynepic Acquires SurrealVR to Add Multi-Player 3D Training to DX Platform

Dynepic has acquired SurrealVR, a small virtual-reality platform pioneer, and is integrating SurrealVR's multi-player VR/AR capabilities into its DX training platform (including the USAF white-labeled MOTAR). The deal expands Dynepic's immersive training feature set — avatars, identity management, real-time voice, physics and locomotion — enabling rapid creation of collaborative 3D training experiences.

NV5 Global Acquires Herman Cx

NV5 Global, a provider of engineering, technology, and conformity-assessment services, has completed the acquisition of Herman Cx, a commissioning and conformity-assessment firm focused on hyperscale data centers. The deal, paid in cash and stock, expands NV5's mission-critical data center commissioning capabilities and is expected to immediately be accretive to earnings while enabling cross-selling into NV5’s MEP, fire protection, and power-delivery services.
