PSP.US, Inc. Acquires Assets of PolyCera, Inc.

PSP.US, Inc. acquired the assets of Los Angeles-area membrane company PolyCera, Inc., finalizing the transaction on June 23, 2020. PSP.US (a Delaware corporation owned by Singapore-based PSP PTE. LTD., whose largest shareholder is Beijing Daking Eastern Technology) said it will continue PolyCera's manufacturing in southern California and maintain R&D in Los Angeles to commercialize PolyCera's organic metal membrane technology.
