LLC and other institutional investors, acquired Enstar Group Limited for $338.00 per share, representing a total equity value of $5.1 billion. The transaction takes Enstar private and is intended to provide liquidity to shareholders while supporting Enstar’s next chapter and long-term strategy as a privately held global (re)insurance group.
