Highlander Partners has sold Akomex Group to co-founder Sebastian Śliwa together with the company's management, with financing support from AMC Capital IV (advised by Mezzanine Management). Akomex, a Poland-headquartered packaging manufacturer with operations in Poland and Denmark producing over 1.8 billion items per year, was owned by Highlander since 2010 and was divested following a period of capacity expansion and add-on acquisitions.

The Rohatyn Group Acquires Leader 96 EOOD from KJK Capital

The Rohatyn Group (TRG) has completed the acquisition of Bulgarian e-bike manufacturer Leader 96 EOOD from KJK Capital. TRG will partner with CEO and founder-family member Dimitar Zlatanov to accelerate production, broaden Leader's product offering and expand its presence across European markets; terms were not disclosed.

H.I.G. Europe (H.I.G. Capital affiliate) Acquires Majority Stake in Metalprint

An affiliate of H.I.G. Capital’s European arm, H.I.G. Europe, has acquired a controlling stake in Metalprint from the founding Strazzari and Cerutti families, who reinvested in the business. Metalprint, based in Calcinato (Brescia), Italy, is a global manufacturer of forged brass and aluminium components with production in Italy and Canada; H.I.G. will support management’s growth and internationalization plans.

Rototech (Industry 4.0 Fund) Acquires Majority Stake in Tecnotri

Rototech, a portfolio company of Quadrivio Group's Industry 4.0 Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Tecnotri Indústria de Plásticos Ltda, a Brazilian rotational-moulding plastics manufacturer. The deal is an add-on to Rototech's platform to expand its product range and local manufacturing footprint in Brazil; founder Leonardo Segatt will retain a minority stake and the current management team will remain in place.

McIntyre Partners Acquires Moreld Group

McIntyre Partners, alongside specialist private equity firm Velocity Partners and Moreld management, has acquired the core business of Norway-based Moreld Group from funds managed by HitecVision. Moreld is an offshore engineering and marine services group with ~NOK5 billion (c. US$484m) revenue in 2023 and ~2,800 employees; the acquisition positions the buyers to benefit from increased investment in offshore activity, decarbonisation and renewables on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Heckler & Koch (H&K AG) Acquires Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH

H&K AG (Heckler & Koch) has acquired all shares in Chrom-Müller Metallveredelung GmbH of Oberndorf am Neckar from the Chrom-Müller Besitz GbR and the Stark and Müller-Stark families for a high single-digit million euro purchase price. The acquisition secures in-house chrome-plating expertise for weapon barrels and allows H&K to diversify those capabilities into civil markets such as automotive, mechanical engineering and aerospace. Further transaction details were agreed to be kept confidential.
