Clearlake Capital completed the acquisition of Dude Solutions, a Cary, North Carolina-based SaaS provider of operations and asset management software, from Warburg Pincus. Clearlake will partner with CEO Ed Roshitsh and the existing management team (who are reinvesting) to pursue a buy-and-build growth strategy and expand the Company's product and go-to-market capabilities.

UL Acquires Clear Sky Analytics

UL acquired the proprietary software platform and related assets of Clear Sky Analytics, a solar performance analytics company, and welcomed co-founders Ajay Saproo and John Corson to UL. The deal expands UL's renewables capabilities by adding Clear Sky's prescriptive solar-plant performance analytics to UL's advisory, testing, inspection and certification services.
