Quorum Information Technologies Acquires VINN Automotive Technologies

Quorum Information Technologies Inc., a Calgary-based SaaS provider to automotive dealerships, closed the acquisition of VINN Automotive Technologies Limited, a North American automotive marketplace and concierge service. Quorum paid $0.75 million in cash (with an 80% holdback) and plans to integrate VINN with its MyDeal product to expand digital retailing, lead generation and revenue streams while leveraging VINN's tax loss carryforwards.
