Bowmark Capital has acquired a majority shareholding in WSD, a provider of document and workflow automation software for the global structured products and OTC derivatives market. Bowmark’s investment will accelerate WSD’s product development roadmap and support expansion of its platform infrastructure across North America, Europe and Asia; Peter Little will join WSD’s board as non-executive chairman.
