ERA Prime Real Estate Group Acquires GAP Realty Group

Michigan-based ERA Prime Real Estate Group has acquired Southgate, Michigan–based GAP Realty Group. The deal, which will expand ERA Prime’s service area and market share in Southeast Michigan, will leave GAP founder Alex Pandoff on as an associate broker; financial terms were not disclosed.
