Amplix, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, has acquired Net7 Solutions, LLC and Net7 Total Care, LLC (together, "Net7"). The acquisition adds Net7's Total Care managed services and advisory capabilities to the Amplix platform to deepen lifecycle IT services, benchmarking and performance data capabilities and accelerate growth.
