IGY Marinas and Transport S.A.S. Acquire Marina di Portisco (IGY Portisco Marina)

Island Global Yachting (IGY Marinas) and Sardinian conglomerate Transport S.A.S. acquired long-term concession rights to Marina di Portisco in Sardinia and rebranded the facility IGY Portisco Marina. The marina offers 589 berths (including 41 superyacht berths, capacity to 90m) and the deal expands IGY's global superyacht network, enhancing its Mediterranean berthing and service capabilities.

Safe Harbor Marinas has acquired the Savannah Yacht Center from Colonial Group, Inc.; consideration for the transaction was paid in securities of Safe Harbor’s parent company, Sun Communities Inc. The facility — which can accommodate the largest superyachts and includes a 140-meter graving dock, a 3,240-ton shiplift and extensive floating docks — will continue operations and its ~50 employees will join Safe Harbor.
