Eagle Merchant Partners Invests in Enviro-Master Services

Eagle Merchant Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, has made a growth investment in Enviro-Master Services, a Charlotte-based franchisor of deep cleaning, sanitation and disinfection services. The capital will support scaling the franchise system — which serves tens of thousands of businesses across North America and operates nearly 90 locations — to meet increased demand for health and safety services.

EIS Holdings Acquires Eagle Environmental Consulting

EIS Holdings, LLC acquired Eagle Environmental Consulting, Inc., a Wheat Ridge, Colorado-based environmental consulting firm, expanding EIS’ remediation and environmental services footprint into the Northwest (Colorado and New Mexico). The deal is EIS’ second strategic acquisition in 2022 as the company continues building a national environmental remediation and infrastructure platform.

Sun Capital Affiliate Acquires Environmental Infrastructure Solutions from O2 Investment Partners

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), a Fort Worth-based provider of abatement, decontamination and remediation services, from O2 Investment Partners. Sun Capital said it will apply its industrial and buy-and-build expertise to accelerate EIS's growth, expand service capabilities and capitalize on growing demand for environmental safety and infrastructure remediation.

Eagle Merchant Partners has acquired Impact Home Services, an independent owner/operator of three Neighborly franchises (Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric and Precision Door Service) based in the Atlanta metro area. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Eagle plans to grow Impact via add-on acquisitions and geographic expansion across the Southeast.

EIS Holdings Acquires AET Group

Meridian Waste Acquires Evergreen Environmental Partners Holdings LLC and ADSI Holdings LLC

Meridian Waste Acquisitions, LLC has acquired the stock of Evergreen Environmental Partners Holdings LLC (EEP) and ADSI Holdings LLC from BTG Pactual Strategic Capital, expanding Meridian Waste’s Southeast footprint. The deal adds the Noble Hill municipal solid waste landfill, an EEP transfer station, more than 50 municipal contracts and additional hauling, administrative and maintenance facilities servicing customers across Alabama and Mississippi; Meridian Waste will integrate the assets with support from its private equity partner Warren Equity Partners.
