The Cloudwirx founders (Jeremy Dodds, James Caulfield and Brian Fagan) will join UPSTACK as partners and equity stakeholders as UPSTACK looks to accelerate its platform capabilities following a prior investment from Berkshire Partners.

Snyk Acquires Helios

Snyk has acquired Helios, a startup that captures application runtime data and provides runtime forensic capabilities, to strengthen Snyk's Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) and cloud-to-code risk visibility. The deal will integrate Helios' full-stack runtime data collection and insights into the Snyk Developer Security Platform to give customers end-to-end application discovery and risk-based prioritization.
