Payroc WorldAccess, LLC acquired Bluestone Payments, LLC, an independent sales organization (ISO) founded by Linda Rossetti, to grow its sales organization and expand merchant referral relationships. Payroc — a merchant acquirer backed by private equity firm Parthenon Capital — will retain Rossetti as President of Bluestone and expand her role as EVP, Strategic Partnerships at Payroc.

Partners Group and Kohlberg & Company Acquire BluSky Restoration Contractors

Partners Group and Kohlberg & Company jointly acquired BluSky Restoration Contractors from majority owner Dominus Capital, which retained a minority stake; BluSky management also retains a meaningful ownership position. Denver-based BluSky is a national restoration, remediation, environmental, and roofing services provider with more than 900 employees and 40 branches; the new owners plan to expand branches, national accounts, capabilities, and pursue add-on acquisitions.

Quadrant Management Acquires Rose Mill Co. LLC

Office Ally Acquires Bluemark, LLC

Office Ally, a provider of electronic clearinghouse and healthcare software solutions, has acquired Bluemark, LLC, a New Paltz–based developer of revenue integrity and Medicaid enrollment software for hospitals, nursing homes and community organizations. The deal expands Office Ally's product set with Bluemark's cloud-based RCM and enrollment capabilities to better serve large health systems and community providers; financial terms were not disclosed.

Bleecker Street Group Acquires Ripple Operations

Bleecker Street Group has acquired Ripple (also referenced as Ripple Operations), a provider of integrated maritime software solutions for tugboat, towboat, barge and large ferry operators. Ripple will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bleecker Street Group to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market efforts and strengthen Bleecker Street's maritime and supply chain software portfolio.

ERI Solutions (Spire Capital Portfolio) Acquires BLOC Environmental Solutions

ERI Solutions, a Spire Capital portfolio company, acquired BLOC Environmental Solutions, a San Antonio-based health, safety, and environmental compliance services provider, with the transaction closing January 31, 2020. BLOC will operate as a division of ERI under its existing brand, with all BLOC owners and staff joining ERI to expand ERI's service offering and geographic footprint.
