The acquisitions expand Access Dental’s Texas footprint—adding presence in the Rio Grande Valley, Wichita Falls and El Paso—and broaden the DSO’s multi-specialty clinic network.

The deal was financed with a structured investment from Corbel Capital Partners (in partnership with Dr. Tien Phan and Surge) and marks Access Dental's first expansion outside Texas into the Illinois/Indiana markets.
