Munich-based CERTANIA, backed by Greenpeak Partners, has acquired BB7, a UK fire, façade and building-safety consultancy headquartered in Chatham Maritime, Kent. BB7 will join CERTANIA’s Buildings & Infrastructure Division alongside Clarke Banks and Xact to form a dedicated UK and Ireland platform; the transaction follows an exit by investor BGF.
