BlackSea Technologies Acquires Blue Tide Marine

BlackSea Technologies, a Baltimore-based maritime defense solutions company and portfolio company of Razors Edge Ventures, has acquired Blue Tide Marine to expand its maritime operations, unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities and at-sea support services. The acquisition integrates Blue Tide Marine's maritime expertise — including the 170' yacht support vessel OCEANUS V and a team of retired U.S. Navy SEALs and special operators — to strengthen end-to-end UxS operations, ISR, and mission sustainment for defense customers.

BorgWarner Acquires Rhombus Energy Solutions

BorgWarner Inc. acquired San Diego-based Rhombus Energy Solutions for an enterprise value of up to $185 million, with approximately $130 million paid at closing and up to $55 million in contingent payments. The deal expands BorgWarner's charging business—adding V2G and DC fast-charging capabilities and a North American presence—and leverages BorgWarner's manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and sales strengths to scale Rhombus's technology.

Wayside Technology Group Acquires Spinnakar Limited

(NASDAQ: WSTG) completed the acquisition of UK-based IT channel distributor Spinnakar Limited for an aggregate purchase price of $11.8 million (subject to customary adjustments) to expand its EMEA distribution footprint. Spinnakar, a specialist in storage, cloud, security and data management, will be led post-acquisition by founder Gerard Brophy and integrated with Wayside's European business units to drive vendor recruitment and cross-sell opportunities.

Certek Acquires GEV Wind Power
