ShoreView Invests in Elevator Systems, Inc.

Minneapolis-based private equity firm ShoreView has completed a recapitalization of Elevator Systems, Inc. (ESI), a Garden City, New York manufacturer of elevator controllers and ancillary products. Founder Nat Alcamo remains with the company and ESI will pursue add-on acquisitions of elevator parts businesses as part of a growth strategy.
