The add-on purchase expands Maury’s test & measurement capabilities and aims to accelerate product development and broaden the combined company's reach in satellite and wireless communications markets.

Artemis says Diamond will continue to operate independently from its Littleton facilities and that the firm plans to invest in technical capabilities to deepen Diamond's offerings to prime integrators and government customers.

Maury Microwave to Acquire Wireless Telecom Group

Maury Microwave, backed by Artemis Capital Partners, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. (WTT), including its Boonton, Holzworth and Noisecom divisions, in a deal expected to close in Q3 2023 subject to shareholder approval and customary conditions. The acquisition expands Maury's RF test and measurement capabilities and access to end markets including aerospace, defense, satellite communications, semiconductors and emerging applications such as quantum and directed energy; WTT will continue to operate from its New Jersey headquarters under its current leadership.

The all-cash purchase (subject to working capital and net debt adjustments) is expected to add approximately $16 million in trailing revenue and be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS.
