Apex Fintech Solutions has acquired PDQ Enterprises, the parent company of CODA Markets, bringing CODA’s auction-based alternative trading system and smart order-router into Apex’s suite of trading and execution products. The deal is intended to expand Apex’s trading and execution capabilities, improve liquidity aggregation and execution quality, and enable new products for institutional and retail clients.
