Arlington Capital Partners Acquires TRP Infrastructure Services from MSouth Equity Partners

Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of TRP Infrastructure Services, a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of roadway marking and traffic control services. The transaction — an exit for prior sponsor MSouth Equity Partners — positions TRP as a platform for Arlington to pursue organic growth and add-on acquisitions across state and local government roadway maintenance and traffic control markets.

The add-on expands High Star’s permanent pavement marking capabilities and scale across Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana as the platform’s first bolt-on since its formation in July 2022.

InfraStripe (Soundcore) Acquires American Road Markings

InfraStripe, a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired American Road Markings, a Norfolk, Virginia–based provider of pavement marking, signage, and asphalt maintenance services. The add-on transaction expands InfraStripe's platform footprint into the Mid-Atlantic and brings American Road Markings' federal, municipal and commercial contracts into the InfraStripe network; terms were not disclosed.
