Bernhard Capital Partners Acquires Boston Government Services and SE&C to Form DOE Services Platform

Bernhard Capital Partners has established a Department of Energy (DOE) services platform through the acquisitions of Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS), an Oak Ridge-based engineering, technology and cybersecurity firm, and Sterling Engineering & Consulting Group, LLC (SE&C), a Richland-based provider of executive, project management and technical consulting services focused on the DOE complex. Financial terms were not disclosed; both businesses will remain led by their existing management teams while joining Bernhard Capital's national DOE-focused platform to expand capabilities and client coverage across DOE programs and related government/commercial markets.
