DIVERSANT Acquires Atrilogy Solutions Group

DIVERSANT, a Red Bank, New Jersey-based IT staffing firm, has acquired Atrilogy Solutions Group, a California-based information technology staffing services provider. The acquisition expands DIVERSANT's U.S. presence and adds Atrilogy's staff augmentation and staffing capabilities to DIVERSANT's service offerings, bringing combined revenues to over $225 million.

MentorcliQ Acquires Diverst

MentorcliQ, a Columbus-based employee mentoring software leader, has acquired Diverst, a Montreal-based ERG (Employee Resource Group) management software pioneer founded by Andre Laurin and Toki Toguri. The acquisition brings ERG management and mentoring together under MentorcliQ to expand its DEI product capabilities and streamline customers' HR technology stacks; Diverst will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. This is MentorcliQ's first acquisition since receiving an $80 million growth investment from PSG earlier in 2023.

The 20 MSP Acquires Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions

The 20 MSP acquired Alexandria-based Mid-Atlantic Computer Solutions, marking the firm's first M&A deal of 2025 and expanding its presence in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Mid-Atlantic, which joined The 20 MSP Group in 2020, will keep founder Will O'Neal and several key team members on board; Pinecrest Capital Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to The 20 on the transaction.

Diversis Capital Acquires Infotech

Diversis plans to invest in product innovation and scale Infotech's offerings — which include Appia, Bid Express and AASHTOWare Project services — while Infotech's CEO Will McClave will remain in place.

Diversified Acquires Advanced Presentation Products
