Titan Home Improvement Acquires Paradise Home Improvement

Titan Home Improvement, a Fort Lauderdale-based platform owned by affiliates of York Capital Management, acquired Paradise Home Improvement, a South Carolina-based provider of replacement windows and doors, roofing, bathrooms and other home improvement services. The deal is an add-on to Titan's platform (its fourth acquisition since 2019) and expands Titan's footprint across North Carolina and South Carolina markets as it builds a national network of home improvement contractors.
